WD Cloud LED is red

I have a problem, recenty i buy a wd cloud 3T, but yesterday when i copy 1T to cloud, the front LED is red and now i havent ping or admin page web dont working

Shut your My Cloud down and give it time to cool, I suggest at least one to two hours and then start it back up.

hi again, yesterday showdown because led red showed, but today afer 10 hours started and the led red is constant, how can i do?

Last thing I know for you to do is try a reset, if that does not work I suggest carrying it back to the store for exchange or refund.


Reset with power off cleans also the DATA partition?
