WD My cloud PR4100 Red lights drive bay

I have a PR4100. Installed in bays 1 & 2 are 6tb WD red drives. Set up in raid 1
This morning noticed that bay 1 had a red led. I ran a disk check in the dashboard and now both bays 1 & 2 are red and showing a ‘drive smart’ error. The Raid is apparently ‘healthy’

Any ideas how to fix seeing as support aren’t open over the weekend.

It seems that the issue is with the My Cloud device and should contact WD’s Technical Support to get it replace under warranty period.
