Red light - PR2100

Hi everyone

I recently moved and when I connected my PR2100 to the new network I had issues regaining access to it. The red light appeared on the unit. I managed to do the 40 second reset and I’ve since regained access to it. The drives are healthy and there’s no alerts or issues it’s showing me, however the light is still red. Is there something I’m missing?

Is your storage space almost full? The LED info can be found in the UM on page 7 - http://products.wdc.com/library/UM/ENG/4779-705142.pdf

I would try to reboot it again and see if the red LED goes away. If problem remains, contact the WD support directly for help.
