PR4100 with 3 drives blue , 1 red

I just plugged in a PR4100 with 4x 10TB drives that I haven’t used in a while and one of the drives is showing a red light. Coincidentally, perhaps, I can’tt access the Settings using WD Access. Also forgot how to get to the Dashoard itself. I can access data on the drive with no problem. Can the PR4100 be used with only 3 drives and is there any way to check the red-lit drive, or should I assume it is just hosed… Thanks for any info.
