Hi, I am new to this cloud device. The My Cloud Home Single Drive 4TB device already offline for 1 weeks ago. Using desktop or web application does same results which is device offline.
I do all the steps recommended by WD Support but none solve it. The LED Light status is dim white light not solid or any other error. The Ethernet cable signal is working, it appears in my LAN and also able to ping the device using CMD.
I hope someone can guide me through and overcome this problem. One thing, is it possible to replace the new drive?
