Dim light?

Hello there,

I have a problem with My Cloud Home.
It’s light will always become very dim(Not slow breathing) from solid light after I plug the DC. Roughly 20 seconds after DC is plugged on.
I also can’t perform 60+ seconds pin reset because even after I’ve reach 60+ seconds the light still appear as dim light instead of slow breathing indicating reset process.

Most people complain LEDs for devices are too bright, so in that case they should go to lightdims.com for a solution.

I also forgot to mention the fact that My Cloud Home is listed as offline in WD Discovery even though it’s already connected to a LAN cable.

See this thread, their latest update seems to have bricked the device.
