My Cloud Home Duo slow breathing LED light

Hi guys! Yesterday I bought 8TB My Cloud Home Duo and I’m experiencing connection issues.
I already tried factory reset (60 seconds reset), I tried different router, but it seems that nothing helps and I’m already becoming desperate. I checked my connections and everything is fine, however, the device doesn’t get a steady LED light - instead, I get a slow (breathing) light.
Does anyone have any advice on how to get this to work? The device is not visible to My Cloud app and there is no way for me to set-up the device.

Yes, I’ve checked literally everything. Could this be because of outdated firmware? How to update it without access to app or dashboard?
