I used the android app for uploading the pictures that I took on my vacation to my WD cloud. When I have poor internet connection (which happens often on vacation) the upload sometimes failed. When I came home I realized that not all pictures have been uploaded to the WD mycloud and I don’t seem to be able to force the app backup them now. If I take a new picture it gives a message of 1/1 uploaded and when I opened the app it said that all files have been backed up. This is however not true! How can I force the app to backup the whole folder?
Are you talking about the WD My Cloud app for a Android phone? Where are the pictures being saved to? See example image below. Are you saying they are not where you selected to save them?
Some pictures are not in the location I selected for backup on the WD mycloud but others are. I suspect that some are missing because they failed to backup because of bad internet connection (I allowed backup over data plan) but I don’t know how to get them updated now that I do have proper internet connection.
