WD Elements Broken For No Reason

I’m using  “Western Digital Elements 750GB 2.5” 5400RPM Hard Drive (WDBABV7500ABK-EESN )" for a year without any problem.

I bought a new computer and want to upload my files. I install motherboard’s driver afterwhile when I put to usb port it said “USB Device not recognized” I tried another ports and same error. So I tried new toshiba flash disk. Same error again

Then I install new windows 7 updates.After updates flash disk works properly but wd hard drive didn’t work. Light is not blinking, no sound, it is not working now. I tried on another two computer. Same problem.

What could happen? I had so important files on this hard disk and never had a problem about it.Motherboard ise 1150 new gigabyte motherboard with usb 3.0 

I think it has guarantee in my country. But I just want to save my files and don’t want to waste too much money to recovery companies. 

Please help me, I need good advices :frowning:

It sounds like there is a problem on your computer. Try deleting the USB drivers for both USB 2 and USB 3 and relaod them. Make sure your MB is up to date also.
