WD Element Play ver 1.01.10 cannot be regnized by windows 7

Hi! I need help here. I’ve just upgraded the firmware of my WD Element Play into 1.01.10 but the problem is when I connect it into my PC. The PC won’t recognize the device like it used to be. Any suggestions guys! thanks!

Hi there, is the EP displayed on disk management (Right-click computer> manage> disk management)? And if it is, how? Also, does it still work on your TV? o.o
