Wd elements play gen 1 2tb new firmware not playing avi files

Hi, just downloaded firmware 1.00.10 for wd 2tb elements play and it won’t play any new avi files but plays ones already on hard drive. And i cannot find old firmware 1.00.85 . Any suggestions ?
