I bought Easystore 10tb 2 years ago. I used it to backup my Samsung(Windows10) laptop using the apps that goes with it (WD backup / discovery). The backed up files are into the Easystore.
Now, I just bought a new Dell Inspiron(Windows11). I will use the Easystore to backup this Dell. I want to backup its data files in a separate folder in the Easystore. I tried to install WD Discovery into my Dell but installation FAILED! Tried to communicate with WD support but didn’t get any EASY solution to my predicament. I will not connect with WD support again regarding this.
I am thinking of using another software, not that of Western Digital, to be used to backup my Dell data files into the Easystore. I AM NOT AN IT GUY, so to speak. JUST BASICALLY A USER.
Is there anyone here who may suggest any good backup/restore software? . Best regards and God bless
