I cannot find information anywhere on how to use my Easystore external hard drive to backup my computer. There is no information on this device on the support page.

Click on the Support Tab at the top left of the screen. You should open a Western Digital Website page with “Welcome to WD Support” across the top. Select “WD Element / WD Easystore” on the right end. Then select which WD Easystore you have. The information is then quite thoro. Especially note “WD Discovery Online Users Guide”. Reaching the information is more complicated than the actual information!!
