WD Easy Store won't complete properly

Hello, I bought a WD Easystore Ext hard drive. I am attempting to move everything from an old computer to a brand new computer. Both are Windows 10. I installed teh WD software on the new one after backing up the old one, but WD Discovery won’t run. When I do a restore I can’t open any files because it says they are in a different location.

I’m not sure what I am doing wrong!

Hi, See if this helps. Make sure the User name is the same on both the new and old computers. Assuming you are using WD Backup or WD Smartware.
