WD Drive utilities quit working after installing My Cloud Home

The WD Drive utilities worked fine for a long time before I bought a My Cloud Home and installed it and I haven’t been able to get the drive Utilities working since. I uninstalled and reinstalled them but all I can get now is a popup that says to “Attach a supported Drive”. I have had two My Book drives on this computer for years and the utility has worked good until I installed the My Cloud Home NAS drive.

What can I do to get the Drive Utilities working again?
