I have never been able to use the WD Utilities with my My Cloud Home device. This includes WD Discovery. I have gone through all of the set up instructions, read through Community posts, FAQs, etc. Is anyone else having this problem and what do I do to solve it?
That’s because the WD My Cloud Home Does Not Support It. (It only Supports WD Discovery)

The My Cloud Home only works with WD Discovery 2.1 … check you’re not installing the old 1.x.x.x version.
