Both WD Drive Utility and WD Security just display “Attach a supported WD Drive.” There seems to be no way to attach a drive. If its supposed to find the drive it’s not. Can anyone help e with this?
See the dedicated subforum for the My Cloud Home. This subforum is generally for the My Cloud which is a differnet device.
Further certain WD software are designed for specific drives (like external USB hard drives) and they won’t see the network attached drives like the My Cloud and My Cloud Home. You can download the specific software for the My Cloud Home from the My Cloud Home WD support site.

Pretty much the only My Cloud Home supported WD software is the WD Discovery program for Mac/Windows and the My Cloud Home mobile apps for Android/iOS.
