Hi,
I’m having issues with the WD Discovery app on windows 10, I’m using a WD My Cloud home 4tb.
When trying to login via the app I put in my user name and password (I know there correct as I can login with the mobile app and via the web UI) all that happens in the sign in button just spins, so I cant access the files via a window and now its getting frustrating having to use the web for upload and download.
so far i have removed and reinstalled the app several times, rebooted the it and completely powered it down, it dose work fine while accessing it on the app or the web and the plex server is working, i just want to move files on and off in windows not on the web IU.
any advice or work around would be very much appreciated
