I have purchased a my Cloud Home and downloaded the WD Discovery but I cant seem to get it to work. I have Windows 10 64bit. When I click on the ‘sign in’ button and enter the email and password, all I get is a little spinning circle and thats it. I dont get any errors.
WD Discovery can see the my ‘My Cloud’ products and I can use the online app to login and see my My Cloud Home drive but WD Discovery refuses to play ball.
I’ve tried rebooting both the PC and drive but to no avail.
I would suggest you to uninstall the WD Discovery app and install it again and to check the internet connection as it might be causing the lag during logging.
thanks for the suggestions - I tried uninstalling and re-installing but made no difference. I also tried signing in whilst logged into the web site as well as after but again no difference.
