WD Discovery is not recognizing my email and Password. What should I do?

I’m using a PC with windows 10 and I have a new 4T My Cloud Home. I can log in My Cloud Home web page, but the WD discovery app is not recognizing the same email and logging used in the web page. The message I receive is “Login Service Unavailable”. How could I solve this issue?
