I have a Easystore WD, I had no problem with its backup software and did backups every several days. But recently, I wanted to do a backup after around 1 to 2 months, when I start it paused in the start for hours and nothing starts. I even deleted the backup plan and create a new backup plan, but again it stops at 0% backup for hours and won’t start. please check the following picture:
