My backup on my WD Easystore 4TB has stopped working. I can not get the WD Backup to open and if I right click and hit backup I get nothing. The last backup was 05/06/2018. All of my files from 05-06-2018 are on the drive and readable. I ran diagnostics and the drive was fine. I have deleted all the WD software rebooted re-installed, rebooted and still nothing, it has been working just fine. The other programs Security and Discovery cone up and work, just the WD Backup does not work.
