WD Backup no longer starts up?

So for the last 3 months now, whenever I try to launch WD Backup, it never works. I can use the other apps like WD Security and WD Drive Utilities, and they work just fine. Even when I plug in the WD Passport, I can open it up and view the files. I’m just unable to start the app and begin the backup…

Any ideas folks?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
