WD Backup runs at startup and installs updates, but it doesn’t respond when I click the “Backup Now” or “Settings” options in the system tray. Additionally, it’s stopped automatically backing up. Pressing “run” on it in WD Discovery does nothing. I have reinstalled all WD software, and the problem hasn’t been fixed. I’ve checked several support threads for an answer and despite finding threads describing the exact issue I have, I’ve found no answer.
