WD, Acronis, nor Windows 10 Backup software is recognizing the My Cloud Home Device

The device is recognized by the discovery software and I have installed the utilities download as well. I am able to drag and drop files onto the drive. However none of the recommended backup software is recognizing the my cloud home device. I’m using windows 10 os and I have it hooked up through Ethernet. Can someone help or is this a known issue?

The issue is normally Windows Networking and or Firewall that prevents the Samba Public Share from appearing.
