After I woke up my computer from sleep mode my 1.5TB Green stopped appearing on my computer. I checked the Bios and it’s not listed there either. I’ve tried replacing the cables switching the port and changing the power cable. I don’t hear any clicking from it but should I RMA it? I’m not sure if it died.

As per your description the drive seems to be faulty. As you mentioned you cover most of the troubleshooting techniques, I’ll suggest you to contact WD for replacement if the unit is still under warranty.
