Video preview
Hello, I own a Mycloud Ex2 Ultra and use cloud access. The applications and the NAS firmware are updated to the latest firmware.
I have hundreds of videos stored on the NAS, however most of them are missing the preview, I originally thought the videos were in the wrong codec, but when I open the video and try to play it, it plays correctly but it misses the preview of the video.
Do you know how to possibly try to trigger a new indexing or a new preview generation? I don’t want to delete approx 2TB of data and re-upload to disk to trigger indexing and preview generation.
The preview is not in the phone app or web interface
