Hi I’m wondering if anyone can help when I transfer a movie from laptop to mycloud then access my cloud on ipad to stream to tv through Apple TV the video file just shows up a question mark and does not play
The videos must be Apple-compatible format. Basically h.264 with AAC audio in an M4V file container, or M-JPEG in an AVI container.
No other formats are supported. Apple’s website gives all the specific details for your device.
