i have upgraded to OS-5 and facing multiple issues,
now once i added new user, it did’t ask me for his email address, any way i created new user and tried to give him cloud access and encountered following error :
Sign in with your cloud account in order to invite ali-shahan-dir to have cloud access capability, letting ali-shahan-dir access stored content from anywhere.
even after signing in with my cloud account i was not able to grant him access.
i can download a file in my cloud, but i can’t download whole folder, once i am selecting folder there is no option to download.
Before i was able to Sync data through WD Sync, now facing error “Unable to connect remote server”. is there a new application to Sync.
Before i was able to upload a single file upto 50 GB, now i can’t upload more than 5 GB.
Creating a user and giving a user cloud access are two seperate functions. Both must be done from the WebUI by the Admin.

Someone posted a method in the last two days (I think under the topic “Transmission”). It involves SSH into the unit, and wiping the O/S. After reboot, the unit then will recover to a Rev 1 base firmware from a recovery partition. . . .which can then be refreshed to a Rev 3 firmware.
@Ahsan-Mirza For No.1 : Please go to Cloud Access tab, select “admin” User and then Sign In to your cloud account. after that the invite button should be enabled.
If your My Cloud device is not signed in, the invite link will be disabled.
