USB 2.0 cable support on WD my passport ultra

Hello,

Unable to connect USB 3.0 cable on my passport ultra external hard disk but I can connect USB2.0 cable and the LED is blinking, but the device is not detecting.

Any help to resolve the issue is really appreciated.
