My WD Passport Ultra stopped working when I plug into USB3.0

  1. My Passport Ultra was working fine when I plugged into USB3.0
  2. One day, I plugged it into a USB2.0 and it works okay as well
  3. But after plugging into a USB2.0, I cannot get my passport ultra recognized on a USB3.0 port any more (on the same computer).

Anyway I can get my passport ultra to work on a USB3.0 again?

Try to use a different USB cable on the device, alo try to connect on a different computer with a USB 3.0 port. Hope this helps.
