A problem for My Passport Ultra

First of all, sorry for my English.

İ have a problem that my My Passport Ultra doesn’t work on usb 3.0 ports. On usb 2.0 ports i have not a problem. I tried on pc, smart tv and laptop. with All of them ithas a problem for usb 3.0

Can you help me about that problem

I have the same problem, I think that the problem is because I have erase the files that It comes with the passport ultra, now the WD doesnt work in 3.0 and the light is white, not blue.

Could we do anything? I dont want to format it and lose my info.
