WD MY PASSPORT ULTRA won't detect on any PC

HI,

MY PASSPORT ULTRA USB 3, 1 TB is not being detected by any PC/ laptop/ mac
It is vibrating and light is on but it does not show on any system for me to access my data in it.
Please advice.

Try to use a different USB cable to see if this makes a difference and helps make the drive visible.

I have tried that! I had a brand bew usb 3 cable! Tried that.
