WD Passport Ultra not detected in My Computer

Hi guys, appreciate any help.  When i plug my external hard drive into either of my 2 x USB ports, the WD Passport Ultra is not detected in my computer.

The light on the hard drive is lit and the drive is spinning inside with a small vibration so obviously works.  I can see it in under control panel > Devices and Printers but no where else.

I have follwed other guidlines on the forum and it is not detected in disk management.

I have also unistalled and re-started with no luck, any more suggestions?  Got some crucial docs on there and all my music.

If the hard drive is not in Disk Management then I’d recommend changing the USB cable and testing a different computer in order to discard a drive controller issue.
