My Passport Ultra wdbzfp0010bbk not working on USB 3.0

I CANNOT Get it to work with USB 3.0. Only 2.0. I’ve installed, reinstalled every driver, utility, firmware I could find for it. It WILL NOT recognize with 3.0. It lights up but doesn’t show anything.

HAS ANYONE FOUND A FIX FOR THIS OR DOES WD JUST NO CARE?
