My passport 1tb usb 3.0 not working.Working only at usb 2.0 ports

I have been encountering a severe problem with my passport for sometime.It works properly at usb 2.0 ports but doesn’t even connect at usb 3.0 ports at any computer or any other device.Please help me resolving my issue

I would recommend updating your WD Passport’s firmware and re-installing the WD SES Driver. What is the model number of your device?

I updated my wd passport firmware and re-intalled wd ses driver but still the divice does not connects in usb 3.0 port.the model number of my device is (WDBBEP0010BBK-EESN).I hope you will come up with a solution.
