Upgrading to OS 5... Firmware Download stuck on 0%

After following the steps outlined in My Cloud OS 5: How to Update From My Cloud OS 3, I am ready to download & Install.

The download will not start, the Download screen is stuck on 0%

You can try to download OS5 firmware from WD site and then manually do a firmware update.

After several hours and 3 tries it finally downloaded on it’s own. Software update complete.
