After following the steps outlined in Upgrade My Cloud OS 3 Firmware to My Cloud OS 5, I am ready to download & Install.
The download will not start, the Download screen is stuck on 0%
You can try to download OS5 firmware from WD site and then manually do a firmware update.
After several hours and 3 tries it finally downloaded on it’s own. Software update complete.
i have the same problem, i manually update it but now its stuck on 0% upgrading.
