My OS 5 upgrade is stuck on 0% now going on two days, it only work the manual route for the upgrade, there is a steady blue light in the front and am debating to restart the whole process or should I just wait?? Anyone have any suggestions? TIA
What were the steps you took to upgrade to OS5? What WD Device do you own and what OS (Firmware) did you upgrade from?
I couldn’t upgrade from the dashboard, I kept getting an error to download, so I had to download the firmware to a file and upgrade it manually. I have WD my cloud ex2 ultra it was on 2.48.118

It does not show anything relevant to my problem, I have already vetted that my system supports the new OS5 firmware with WD technical support. As of today going on 3 days with 0% upgrade progress.
