May be you should download WD Discovery app that will allow you to check the updates on the firmware of the device as well as the apps that are installed.

I am in now on files.mycloud.com . But it dont make me connected to my device on the app I downloaded on my W10 PC.
Just tried on my mac too. Cant connect with the program. But WD access work?
