The latest update erased all my folders except one. Did anyone else have this problem or now how to fix it. It still says i have 10 gigs of photos on there but i cant find them anywhere.

WD has apparnetly been made aware of the issue and has posted a Support link on it. See the following link: Shares on a My Cloud disappeared after performing a firmware update
