Share folders in WD Mycloud

I now cant see any of the share folders on my WD Mycloud since the recent firmware upgrade, can anyone please help or suggest a solution?

The problem seems to be only affecting the folders with public switched off, however I cant even see the public folder created as part of the WD config

Please see the earlier thread (link below) where a few others are experiencing the same issue. It was indicated in that thread that the information has been passed to WD Support.

Thanks for your help, this is very frustrating how can WD screw peoples drives clearly without a solution…do they not rigourously test these so called updates!!!
