Folders Missing After updating firmware

Hello everyone ,

I have MY CLOUD EX4100
Yesterday I updated EX4100 firmware to 2.30.172
After updating a lot of folders are missing !

Help needed urgently !

Have you tried enabling SSH on the NAS and logging in using an SSH client like PuTTY and check the contents of /shares ?
