Hi there, I’m new to WD having previously used Seagate Personal cloud. While migrating movie files to my cloud I am experiencing a large nos of the files will not play with the error “Video codec not supported”.
Surely all relevant file types MP4, MKV etc are supported, anyone else seen this and fixed issue ?
