Must I uninstall WD Cloud OS3 on my desktop to use OS5?

Hi @pRayOak,

Please be informed to you that

  • The OS 3 Remote Access is not compatible with OS 5.
  • A new My Cloud OS 5 Remote Access Account must be created to use with the new My Cloud OS 5 mobile and Web App.
  • Cloud Users must have a minimum of ‘read’ access to at least one share.
  • Shares without “Mobile & Web App Access” enabled will not be available to the user remotely.
