Downgrade OS 5

After upgrading my 3 to 5 I can’t access my accounts in the clouds anymore, I need a downgrade, could someone help me?

@AzulPApel After updating to My Cloud OS5, all new local and cloud accounts must be created and used with the new My Cloud OS 5 Mobile and Web App. The older My Cloud OS 3 mobile and web app will not work with OS 5.
