Unable to see thumbnails after Sep 2022

since sep 2022, i am unable to see thumbnails and pictures uploaded from other device.

eg, Device 1 uploads are not seen on Device 2. Device 2 uploads cannot be seen on Device 1.
each device can only see thumbnails and pictures uploaded from the same device itself.

all my devices are sharing one account.

anybody having the same issues? i have been in contact with WD support team for one month but no progress is made so far!!

Hi there thanks a lot for replying . I’m well aware of this article.

However my problem is slightly different.

I can still see the thumbnails of the pictures uploaded from the same device (call this Device A)

But I have another device B using same account, the pictures uploaded to MCH cannot be seen by the first device A.

So basically each device can only see its own thumbnails uploaded to MCH.
