Unable to restore my back up to new computer

I do not find how to restore my backup files onto my new computer.

I am using a Passport Ultra external for my back ups. I installed WD backup on the new computer. When I load backup, it says “There ae no files to restore.”

Try to uninstall the software and re-install it back, if the issue still persists then you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this for live assistance and troubleshooting
