Unable to login into MyCloud dashboard

Hi
I have just bought new MyCloud drive and it working fine.
I have three users. UserA, UserB and UserC. UserA is admin.
For some reason I can’t login into Dashboard with admin username (UserA) and one new user (UserC), which i just created. It keep saying
“The user name or password entered is incorrect. Try entering it again.”

I login as UserB and change userA and userC password, but still can’t login.

Please can someone help what going on.

I’m not sure if I follow you correctly, but whomever setup the My Cloud (Original Admin) can use the Dashboard. Basically that “Username” and “Password” combination can access, and only that person, the Dashboard. If you think about it … you really wouldn’t want other users to access and change the My Cloud settings.
