Unable to connect to my Dashboard

SO for some reason my Dashboard and my mapped drives have become inaccessable.  I can still stream files and access them from the MyCloud desktop app.  But for some reason no Dashboard or mapped drives.  I’ve recycled the device and also my router but nothing.

has this happened to anyone else?  Is there a way to fix it?

You can try resetting the unit by pressing the button on the back for 3 to 5 seconds and see if that can help you access the unit.
