WD MYCLOUDEX2 Dashboard failure to connect

Hi all.
I have done a lot of reading and no luck as of yet to resolve my issue.

Model EX2
In network explorer I have a mapped connection to my shared folder that I can access on my laptop running Win 10
I can also see 2 cloud icons, 1 is under media devices, I can access this in my browser, twonky media server and see the shared files.
The other icon is shown under network, properties show up, all functional but when I double click it to bring up the login page it always ends in “unable to connect”

This always worked in the past. EX2 is connected via ethernet direct to modem/router.
I can login to router and see it connected.

Like I said I can access my files, just can’t get the dashoard to show at all.

Any help appreciated.
